When is the Japanese MotoGP™?

Round 16 of the 2024 MotoGP™ season occurs on Sunday, 6 October.

Practice begins locally on Friday, 4 October, with Free Practice Nr.1 and Practice, followed by Free Practice Nr. 2, Qualifying, and the Sprint on Saturday, 5 October.

The race occurs at the Mobility Resort Motegi, located in Japan.

  • MotoGP™ riders will race 24 laps (115.22 km)
  • Moto2™ riders will race 19 laps (91.22 km)
  • Moto3™ riders will race 17 laps (81.62 km)
